・Reservations can be made for 1 person or more.
・We are planning to share the table with other customers.
・We cannot reserve your seat.
・Reservations are generally accepted only online.
・Payment must be made in advance and the payment method is credit card.
・Inquiries by phone are accepted from 11:00 to 19:30. (Telephone number: 03-3522-5790)
・Cancellation fee regulations are as follows. Please understand this before making a reservation.
・5 days before boarding - the day before: 50% of the boarding fee
・On the day of boarding: Full amount of boarding fee
・Children must be accompanied by a guardian when boarding the boat.
■ Regarding departure
As a management decision, flights may be canceled in the following cases. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If we decide to cancel a flight, Edomae Kisen will notify customers of the cancellation at any time. For more information on departure, please see "Edomae Kisen Official X".
① In case of stormy weather
If we judge that safety will be compromised due to storms such as typhoons, we will cancel the flight.
② In case of hull trouble
If the ship breaks down, the trip will be canceled.
③Others
If the number of passengers on board is too low, we may transfer you to a different date and time or cancel your flight.
In that case, Edomae Kisen will contact you approximately 5 days in advance.
If the cruise is canceled due to the above reasons, the boarding fee will be fully refunded.
